Art Standards for the Reception Area

These areas should be considered when placing statement pieces and artifacts.

General Notes:

  1. All reception/entry areas shall have a dimensional Comporium logo and signage to direct those entering the space.
  2. All reception/entry areas shall have the opportunity to use branded wall graphics. Size and design will be dependent on the location.
  3. All reception/entry areas shall have the opportunity to use two 40” x 60” black and white landscape images in framed canvas and shall be placed over the guest seating.
  4. Select reception/entry areas shall have the opportunity to use a statement piece or artifact in high profile areas. Select office location and placement of these pieces shall be coordinated with interior designer, art specialist, and the Comporium team.
  5. Refer to pages 4-5 of the Art Standards Book for all general art standard notes.
Art Standards for the Collaboration / Lounge Space
These spaces should be designed to feel relaxed and informal while still being professional.
  1. General Notes:
    All collaboration/lounge areas shall have the opportunity to use a framed, black and white, historical image to hang above collaboration or lounge seating.
  2. Refer to page 4-5 of the Art Standards Book for all general art standard notes
Art Standards for the Corridor
These are the places to highlight significant events of the Comporium’s past, present, and future.

General Notes:

  1. The corridors provide the opportunity to use branded wall graphics. Size and design will be dependant on the location. Graphics shall use the corporate pantone colors or one of the contrasting accent colors listed on page 5 of the Art Standards Book.
  2. The corridors shall accurately depict the company’s history, mission statment, or highlight company events using large graphics and layered subsrates.
  3. Refer to page 39 of the Art Standards Book for Comporium wall graphic examples.
  4. Refer to page 4-5 of the Art Standards Book for all general art standard notes.
Art Standards for the Open Office Space
The furniture will be arranged based on the needs of the specific LOB, the employees assigned to the space, and at the direction Comporium’s management and facilities teams.

General Notes:

  1. All open office spaces shall have the opportunity to use system artwork. This will allow flexibility of updating often.
  2. All open office spaces shall use abstract branded images or photographs of historical relics.
  3. Size of system artwork may vary from each office and department. System artwork allows the user to print any image to any size and scale.
  4. Refer to page 4-5 of the Art Standards Book for all general art standard notes.
Art Standards for the Call Center Space
The call center space shall be designed to provide employees with a comfortable, flexible, and visually appealing work environment.
General Notes:

  1. All call center spaces shall have the opportunity to use system artwork. This will allow flexibility in updating often.
  2. All call center spaces shall use abstract brand images or custom graphics.
  3. Size of system artwork may vary from each office and department. System artwork allows the user to print any image to any size and scale.
  4. Refer to page 4-5 of the Art Standards Book for all general art standard notes.
Art Standards for the Private Office Space
Private office space shall be used for the employees having a management or leadership position within Comporium.

General Notes:

  1. All private offices shall have the option of a framed piece of artwork to hang on the wall opposite the doorway or where not possible behind desk chair. All art is to come from Comporium and the employees will get the choice of art to hang in their space. Personal and individual artwork is not allowed.
  2. All private offices shall have a framed, black and white, landscape image.
  3. The art shall be matted and framed with a black frame. Matte to be neutral and non glare material used as needed.
  4. Suggested matte color to be silver grey black core or medium grey black core. Most frames to be a simple black unless used in high profile spaces.
  5. Refer to page 4-5 of the Art Standards Book for all general art standard notes.
  6. Artwork is to be placed on one wall only as illustrated in example.
Art Standards for the Meeting Space
Select the size of the meeting space to see proposed artwork layouts and general notes.
  • TRAINING/LARGE MEETING (13+ PEOPLE)
  • LARGE CONFERENCE ROOM (10-12 PEOPLE)
  • MEDIUM CONFERENCE ROOM (6-8 PEOPLE)
  • SMALL CONFERENCE ROOM (3-5 PEOPLE)

Large conference/training rooms are necessary spaces for employees to gather in large quantities. These spaces shall be arranged to accommodate a variety of meeting styles and allow for flexible seating. More than 13 occupants within a meeting room requires movable tables.

 

 

General Notes:

  1. All training rooms/large meeting rooms shall have the option of a framed, black and white, historical image to hang on the wall opposite the doorway. All art is to come from Comporium.
  2. The art shall be matted and framed with a black frame. Matte to be neutral and non glare material used as needed.
  3. Suggested matte color to be silver grey black core or medium grey black core. Most frames to be a simple black unless used in high profile spaces.
  4. All training rooms/large meeting rooms shall have the opportunity to use a statement piece in a high profi le areas. Placement of statement pieces shall be coordinated with interior designer, art specialist, and the Comporium team.

Large conference space is necessary for employees and guests to meet and discuss projects, host presentations, and/or collaborate. Large conference rooms shall accommodate a maximum of 10-12 people.

 

 

General Notes:

  1. All large conference rooms shall have the option of a framed, black and white, historical image to hang on the wall opposite the doorway. All art is to come from Comporium.
  2. All large conference rooms shall have the opportunity to use a statement piece in a high profi le areas. Placement of statement pieces shall be coordinate with interior designer, art specialist, and the Comporium team.
  3. Refer to page 4-5 of the Art Standards Book for all general art standard notes.
  4. Artwork is to be placed on one wall only as illustrated in example.

 

Medium conference room space is necessary for employees and guests to meet and discuss projects, host presentations, and/or collaborate. A medium conference room should accommodate a maximum of 6-8 people. Layouts of medium conference rooms shall vary when more than one room is provided within a space in order to accommodate different meeting types and allow for flexible work environments for employees.

 

 

General Notes:

  1. All medium conference rooms shall have the option of a framed, black and white, historical image to hang on the wall opposite the doorway. All art is to come from Comporium.
  2. Refer to page 4-5 of the Art Standards Book for all general art standard notes.
  3. Artwork is to be placed on one wall only as illustrated in example.

 

Small conference space is necessary for employees and guests to meet and discuss projects, host presentations, and/or collaborate. A small conference room should accommodate a maximum of 3-5 people.

 


 

General Notes:

  1. All medium conference rooms shall have the option of a framed, black and white, historical image to hang on the wall opposite the doorway. All art is to come from Comporium.
  2. Refer to page 4-5 of the Art Standards Book for all general art standard notes.
  3. Artwork is to be placed on one wall only as illustrated in example.

Art Standards for the Break Room
Breakroom space is where employees can enjoy a meal or it can be used as a place to step away from their work and take a break. It should promote interaction among employees and stem conversations.

General Notes:

  1. All breakrooms shall have the opportunity to use branded wall graphics. Size and design will be dependant on the location.
  2. All breakrooms shall have the opportunity to use abstract brand images and to be placed over the seating.
  3. Refer to page 4-5 of the Art Standards Book for all general art standard notes.
