Large conference/training rooms are necessary spaces for employees to gather in large quantities. These spaces shall be arranged to accommodate a variety of meeting styles and allow for flexible seating. More than 13 occupants within a meeting room requires movable tables.

A medium conference room should accommodate a maximum of 6-8 people. Layouts of medium conference rooms shall vary when more than one room is provided within a space in order to accommodate different meeting types and allow for flexible work environments for employees.
